This Privacy Policy describes how SUPERMIND PTE. LTD ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you use the Zaya mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using Zaya, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in via Apple or Google, we receive limited profile information as permitted by those platforms.
- Birth Data: To generate your astrological chart and provide personalized readings, we collect your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth.
- Conversation Content: When you interact with Zaya's AI features, your messages are processed to generate personalized responses.
- Feedback and Support: If you contact us or submit feedback, we collect the information you provide in those communications.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Features used, interaction timestamps, session duration, and in-app actions.
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, crash reports, and diagnostic data.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
If you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information from those providers as described above.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including generating personalized astrological content and AI-powered conversations.
- Create and manage your account.
- Send you push notifications if you have enabled them.
- Analyze usage trends and improve user experience via analytics tools.

3. AI and Your Data
Zaya uses third-party large language model APIs to power its AI features. Your conversation content is sent to these third-party AI providers to generate responses.
We do not use your conversation data to train AI models. We may only review your conversation content if you explicitly submit feedback or report an issue, and only for the purpose of improving the Services.
Our AI service providers may have their own data processing policies. We use commercially reasonable measures to ensure they handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Zaya is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
